From Raw Material to Rich Fertilizer: Our organic chicken manure fertilizer Process

At our production site, we convert natural ingredients to pellets through our unique production process for Organic Chicken Manure Fertilizer. The product is derived from the following steps:

  • Raw Material Collection: Fresh chicken manure and crop straw, all from the best natural materials.
  • Smashing: The materials are crushed to shatter them down into useful pieces, enhancing the mixing and fermentation processes.
  • Mixing Compartment: This is where the ingredients are disrupted and mixed with a starter culture to initiate the fermentation process. This facilitates an even distribution of the microbial starter throughout the tub.
  • Fermentation: At this point, the mixture-covered slurry is transferred to our fermentation tanks where temperature and moisture are strictly controlled to allow proper breakdown of organic matter into usable nutrients.
  • Reversal and Pile: The ferment is periodically turned over to aerate it; this is crucial for keeping the pile aerobic and odor-free.
  • Sieving: After fermentation, the material is sieved to separate the fine particles from the coarse ones so that the final product becomes uniform.
  • Element addition: nutritive elements are added and mixed thoroughly after sieving so as to make the best use of the fertilizing power of the finished product.
  • Granulation: After being mixed together, the material is fed into a granulator. It is then ground inside the granulator where it is extruded out as pellets of the same size, which can be easily spread and slowly released.
  • Drying: To dry the pellets moisture is eliminated which clearly stabilizes the product and hence increases the shelf life as moisture is one of the main reasons for degradation.
  • Packaging: After the final Drying, Now the Pellets are Packed into Different Quantities to Supply Different Agricultural Requirements.
